Anna Aschinger

Ms. Aschinger pursued her training as a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK and completed it in 2024, gaining experience across all areas of paralegal work. She now shares responsibility with Ms. Krawiec in docketing (deadline monitoring).

Sofia BoukTsis

Ms. Bouktsis has been training to become a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK since September 2024.

Jutta Claesgens

Ms. Claesgens completed training as a legal assistant and, after several years of professional experience, has added a two-year advanced qualification as a certified legal specialist. She worked in international commercial law firms before moving into intellectual property and completing a two-year distance-learning program as a patent administrator and trademark and design administrator. Ms. Claesgens has been with our firm since 2024 and manages trademarks and designs.

Antonia Fest

Ms. Fest has been a state-certified foreign language correspondent since 2014. She completed her training as a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK in 2017. She currently supports us with general paralegal work.

Nadja Hübner

Ms. Hübner completed her training as a legal assistant at a Munich law firm. After positions at various law and patent law firms, she joined WILHELM & BECK in 2024, where she is responsible for handling incoming mail.

Elzbieta Krawiec

Ms. Krawiec has been with us since 2013 and has steadily expanded her responsibilities. Today, her tasks include docketing (deadline monitoring), accounting, office management, and general administration.

Susan Müller

Ms. Müller completed her training as a foreign language correspondent in 2007 and a distance-learning program in translation in 2011. Since then, she has worked in various law and patent law firms. She has been with WILHELM & BECK since 2018 and, since 2023, has also served as office manager, acting as a liaison between the paralegal team and the patent attorneys.

Stephanie Nitzl 

Ms. Nitzl has been a state-certified translator and interpreter for English and Spanish since 1996 and, since 2002, a graduate translator specializing in technical German–English translation. She has been with WILHELM & BECK since 2002, where she is responsible for paralegal support and the preparation of translations.

Elizabeta Pechtl

Following her training as a foreign language correspondent, Ms. Pechtl pursued her training as a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK and completed it in 2009. She supports us with general paralegal work and with handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Astrid Reutter

Ms. Reutter completed training as a legal assistant and expanded her qualifications with a DIDACT patent secretary course. After positions at various law and patent law firms, she joined WILHELM & BECK in 2015. She is responsible for general paralegal work and also assists us with proofreading.

Christine Rosner

Following her training as a foreign language correspondent, Ms. Rosner pursued her training as a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK and completed it in 2007. Until the start of her parental leave, she managed our office. She currently supports our team part-time with general paralegal work.

Tanja Schwatke 

Ms. Schwatke has been with WILHELM & BECK since 2008 and has many years of experience in general paralegal work. She currently works part-time monitoring renewal fee payments (annuities).

Andreas Straẞer

Mr. Straßer pursued his training as a patent paralegal at WILHELM & BECK and completed it in 2019. He handles general paralegal work, and is also one of our experts for PatOrg, electronic file management and digital workflows.
